Each Optima pool package features the same premium equipment and finishes. The only thing that changes from package to package is the size and price.
A custom-built pool typically takes months of meetings, drawings, change orders, and price creep. Optima takes none of that — because every pool we build has the same exact criteria and all that changes is the size.

Pool and trench area must be relatively flat with natural ground. Pavers, concrete, turf, landscaping, rock, boulders, trees, etc. will require demolition at an extra cost.

Main Electric House Panel and Main House Gas Meter must be within 100 feet of future Pool Equipment location — otherwise additional charges apply.
