We dig the pool footprint to spec — 5' standard depth, single continuous phase. The pre-engineered package size means no design phase, no surveys mid-dig, no permit holdups. Crew breaks ground and the excavation is done in days, not weeks.

Plumbing lines go in first, the steel cage follows, and electrical finishes it off — all set in place before any concrete is poured.

4500 PSI shotcrete is pumped under pressure to form the watertight pool shell. After application, the shell needs a curing period to reach full strength. Everything that follows builds on this.
The shell sprayed, smoothed, and beginning to cure. The pool now has form.
Once the shell has cured, the masonry team installs the mitered edge tile coping by hand. This is what creates the seamless waterfall edge — a detail you won't find on standard plaster-and-concrete builds.

The upgraded quartz or pebble interior finish is applied. We use a higher-grade interior than the plaster most budget builds default to, because plaster fails inside a decade and pebble doesn't. Equipment is commissioned and tested this week.
