The Essential is the smallest and lowest-priced Optima package — an 8'×15' (120 sq ft) pool at $49,810, or from $386/mo financed through Lyon Financial. It includes the same premium spec as every other Optima package: Pentair equipment, 4500 PSI shotcrete, mitered tile coping, and a quartz or pebble interior.

Which Optima pool package is best for most Vegas backyards?
The Select is the most-chosen Optima package — a 10'×20' (200 sq ft) pool at $51,946, or from $403/mo. It's sized for typical Las Vegas Valley lots and gives you real swim length without taking over the whole yard.

Are permits and engineering included in the package price?
Yes. Permits and engineering are included in every Optima package price. Soil reports and HOA approvals are the homeowner's responsibility and not included.

Can I customize a package after I pick it?
Yes. The configurator offers publicly priced add-ons — spa (inside or outside the pool profile), heater, additional therapeutic jets, depth and footprint extensions, and a child safety fence. Pick your package first, then layer on what you want.

What's the difference between the four Optima packages?
Only the footprint changes — Essential 8'×15', Select 10'×20', Premier 12'×25', Signature 15'×30'. Equipment, materials, finishes, build process, and timeline are identical across all four.

How long does it take to build an Optima pool?
Six weeks from excavation to fill, regardless of which package you pick. Every Optima follows the same six-week build process — excavation, plumbing/rebar/electrical, shotcrete, tile and coping, interior finish, fill and start-up.
