If your lot has 30+ feet of usable depth and a wider profile, the Premier uses the space without overrunning it.
A meaningful jump in water surface from the Select for around $6,000 more — the Premier is the upgrade most entertaining households end up wanting.

Pool location must be on a flat, accessible lot inside our service area.
Customize your Premier with any of these add-ons. Every add-on is publicly priced so there's never any hidden costs.
Pool and trench area must be relatively flat with natural ground. Pavers, concrete, turf, landscaping, rock, boulders, trees, etc. will require demolition at an extra cost.
Cannot be on a slope or hillside.
Minimum 4' access required for excavation.
Main Electric House Panel and Main House Gas Meter must be within 100 feet of future Pool Equipment location.
