The Select is sized for the typical Las Vegas Valley lot — enough swim length for adults, enough water for a family, and a footprint that fits without consuming the entire yard.
At 10' × 20', the Select is the smallest Optima with enough length for actual lap-style swimming. If "real swim space" is on the must-have list, this is the entry point.

Pool location must be on a flat, accessible lot inside our service area.
Customize your Select with any of these add-ons. Every add-on is publicly priced so there's never any hidden costs.
Pool and trench area must be relatively flat with natural ground. Pavers, concrete, turf, landscaping, rock, boulders, trees, etc. will require demolition at an extra cost.
Cannot be on a slope or hillside.
Minimum 4' access required for excavation.
Main Electric House Panel and Main House Gas Meter must be within 100 feet of future Pool Equipment location.
